Chapel Hart, Exile Headline Tennessee State Fair

Chapel Hart and Exile headline the Wilson County - Tennessee State Fair this year, in a blend of emerging artists and seasoned veterans.

The fair is a mere 51 days away, according to its website. The even kicks off on Thursday, August 15 and runs for more than a week to Saturday, August 24th.

Entertainment has long been a key component to the Tennessee State Fair magic. And in Tennessee this almost always means great music.

New talent Chapel Hart will take the fair’s main stage on Sunday, August 18. The group gained national acclaim with their standout performance on America’s Got Talent where they showcased their unique blend of traditional country, Southern rock, and gospel. Known for their powerful harmonies, the Mississippi group is comprised of sister Danica and Devynn Hart and their cousin Trea Swindle.

Exile headlines Monday, August 19 with the Flat River Band. Exile is known for its blend of pop and country, most notably with 1980s hits like “Kiss You All Over” and “Woke Up In Love.”

The fair offers 15 stages of entertainment over its 10-day run. Visitors can expect to hear to bluegrass, country, and more. Except to see clogging and square-dancing competitions, pageants like the Doll Parade, Ms. Senior, and Fairest of the Fair, a hypnotist, and more.
